Creating concepts with trend awareness is at the heart of our Styling team’s work. Here at Set Visions we know the value of understanding brand and the design process behind products. Our in-house photography team, Capture, worked with our client to produce a bank of trend led images that has plenty of social media friendly touch points. The result is our client has relevant and engaging content that attracts and retains their online audience.
The volume of lifestyle imagery created within a two day studio shoot is enough for our customer to use in their marketing campaign, avoiding dull repetition of content. Our team took advantage of the time by photographing the product and model in a relaxed candid style. This allows our client, Woolroom to use the images as touch point conversations with their customers. Woolroom can educate and inspire potential leads, taking them one step closer to their purchasing decision.

Not to forget Yogi’s input! By using a dog to support their imagery alongside the model, Yogi evokes emotion and relatability, a reaction that links back to the brand. This strategy is part of the service from the Set Visions team, who value dog cuddles as much as brand strategy.

Our Capture team is made up of a
creative collection of stylists, photographers and art directors. The team
relish a conceptual challenge, with this recent shoot being no exception.

Based
on a new Lux range of fabrics 'Touch' and 'Vintage' our photography team
created still life shots that play with composition and texture whilst
showcasing the new fabric range. Warn antique mirrors and lush textures were key
to mix the juxtaposition of luxury and antique which in turn represents the
fabric collection. The final imagery will be out in the next month but in the
meantime, these behind the scenes shots will be a tease to the unveiling!

One of
our clients asked us to create must-try, home paint trends for 2016 - to forecast
and design fresh looks from their current paint range in a home décor roomset.
Using
trend research from design exhibitions, our Head Photographic Stylist,
Nina, revelled in this project, and collaborated with one of our copywriters on
a write up about the origins and overall mood of the shots. From
the initial concept we worked with our set builder and decorators to
construct inspirational set designs in our photographic studio.
Over the coming weeks we’ll showcase each one and explain how to
create the look at home.
Trend#1: Cloudy
Escapism

Invigorates
the dreamer in us all, with thoughts of Nordic shores and
unknown adventures. A variety of blues create a tonal wave of
balanced colour curling across the room. The serene lifestyle look of a
dreamy bedroom set design with its floating approach to a feature painted
wall, and soft colour range could transport anyone to a restful sleep.
The
Nordic Sky paint effect is a trine of tonal blue and sponge dab softened transitions.
